Over the years, Just.Childhood has developed and delivered a diverse range of training programmes focused on Waldorf Early Childhood Education, Emergency and Trauma Pedagogy, and psychosocial support for children and youth affected by crisis. These trainings have been designed for educators, kindergarten teachers, youth workers, social workers, civil society organisations, and other professionals working directly with children and families in vulnerable settings.
Drawing on Just.Childhood’s practical field experience in Lebanon and the region, the programmes combine pedagogical knowledge with hands-on tools that can be adapted to different contexts. The trainings aim to strengthen the capacities of individuals and organisations to create safe, supportive, and nurturing environments where children can learn, heal, and develop. Through workshops, structured courses, and longer-term capacity-building initiatives, Just.Childhood continues to share its experience with partners in Lebanon, Syria, Türkiye, and the wider region.
