Layal Al Hajj Ali

Emergency Pedagogy Coordinator

My name is Layal Al Hajj Ali. I began my professional journey as an educator, where working closely with children and families laid the foundation of my educational and humanitarian path. Over more than ten years with the organization, my role evolved from educator to becoming a Psychosocial Support Program Coordinator, deepening my understanding of children’s and caregivers’ emotional, social, and psychological needs.

I believe that early childhood is a vital stage in human development, and that creating safe, nurturing, and supportive environments is essential for children’s growth and learning. My work is guided by a holistic view of the child, respecting individual rhythms, fostering meaningful relationships, and supporting emotional expression and well-being.

Through my role as a Psychosocial Support Program Coordinator, I strive to support children, caregivers, and teams by creating spaces that promote safety, resilience, and a sense of belonging. My goal is to contribute to building strong and balanced foundations that enhance children’s overall development and lifelong learning.
