My name is Aya Khalaf, and I am a Lebanese Psychosocial Support (PSS) Facilitator working with Just Childhood to support children in vulnerable contexts. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Auditing from the Lebanese University and have completed specialized training in psychosocial support, Early Childhood Education, inclusion, classroom management, and learning difficulties and disabilities. Through my work with Just Childhood, I apply child-centered, play-based approaches inspired by Waldorf education, which I deeply value for its respectful, creative, and holistic view of child development. I truly admire Just Childhood’s commitment to providing safe, nurturing, and child-led environments where children feel protected, emotionally supported, and empowered to grow with confidence and resilience.
